To all: I hope each of you reading this page is healthy and safe during this challenging time, making good decisions for yourself, your family, and for the common good. I welcome you to the lab's website, and hope you find what you seek on its pages. Whereas virtual meetings remain a part of my typical day, I returned to many in-person activities during the 2022-23 academic year, including my graduate courses and weekly lab meetings. After two years primarily working from home, I have a renewed appreciation for how important it is to gather among colleagues, classmates, and friends -- in person. I had craved the restored camaraderie that NIU (partially) achieved during the 2022-2023 academic year that just wrapped up.
